At HeadLight, Jenny has played a pivotal role in transforming the engineering organization to incorporate scalability and engineering excellence in speed-to-market delivery objectives. Jenny attended the University of Puget Sound. Jenny is passionate about fostering a culture of diversity, equality, and inclusion having received her certification in DEI from the UW Foster School of Business in 2023. Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending time with her wife, Christa, and their three dogs, Myles, Glacier, and Chia.
