Steve Parris, the Director of Interactive Learning at HeadLight, is driven by a passion for helping individuals and teams thrive through innovative learning solutions. His work focuses on leveraging learning to transform how organizations operate and succeed. Steve’s career began in the classroom as a high school teacher, evolving into roles within learning technology at renowned SaaS companies, including Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Promethean, Amplify, and now HeadLight.
With a Master’s Degree in Education from New York University and advanced certifications in adult learning theory and eLearning design from Oregon State University, Steve combines his educational expertise with cutting-edge technology to create impactful learning experiences.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys practicing Muay Thai, composing and performing music, and exploring abandoned places.
