As Director of Customer Operations and Strategy, Terri Helus establishes the standard of care for how HeadLight drives successful customer outcomes. Having held positions in customer success, implementation, and account management at HeadLight, she provides a solid foundation of both company and industry knowledge. Building smart, scalable customer success programs with a focus on knowledge transfer is her passion, and maximizing HeadLight’s platform value for clients is her guiding mission.

Prior to joining HeadLight, Terri honed her communication skills as a public affairs specialist and writer for the Department of Defense, supporting leaders of garrison, safety, and aviation commands. Transitioning to software technology in 2015, Terri has held numerous customer-facing roles in SaaS verticals including project management, logistics, and case management systems.

Terri’s professional credentials include Certified Customer Experience Professional (CXPA), Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP™), and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) and she applies those principles, processes, and methodologies to drive the evolution of HeadLight’s customer program.
